Having newly established our branch in Moscow, Russia, we are now sincerely recruiting a local financial professional to build a compliant financial system and support cross-border hardware trade and local operations.

Job Responsibilities
• Take charge of the overall accounting work of the Moscow Branch; complete bookkeeping, voucher preparation, account closing, and financial statement compilation in accordance with Russian Accounting Standards (RAS) and tax laws, and coordinate with the group’s finance department.
• Be proficient in Russian tax compliance: handle the declaration and planning of value-added tax, corporate income tax, personal income tax, etc., and respond to tax bureau inspections and audits.
• Be familiar with Russian customs regulations: oversee the entire process of import customs clearance, tariff calculation, customs declaration document review, payment settlement and tax deduction for servers, graphics cards and accessories.
• Manage funds, handle receipts and payments, coordinate with banks, review expenses, conduct cost and inventory accounting, and adapt to hardware trade and maintenance business needs.
• Undertake financial review of contracts and control compliance risks to ensure the legality and compliance of cross-border transactions and local operations.
• Communicate orally and in writing in English or Chinese when coordinating with the headquarters, suppliers, customers, customs authorities, tax bureaus and banks.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, taxation or related majors; must reside in Moscow permanently.
• Familiar with Russian financial regulations, accounting laws, tax laws, customs codes and customs clearance procedures; experience in hardware, trade or cross-border finance is preferred.
• Capable of independently handling accounting, tax and customs financial coordination; proficiency in 1C financial system is a plus.
• Fluent in oral English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
• Meticulous, responsible, and equipped with cross-border compliance awareness and risk control capabilities.
